Harris Beach State Park in Oregon
Harris Beach is a gorgeous spot along the southern Oregon coast to spend the day, or enjoy a few days at the campground. It is located at the north end of Brookings, about 8 miles from the California border. The park has hiking trails and a picnic area. The beautiful seascape is teeming with tide pools, sea stacks, and wildlife.

Goat Island
Just offshore is Goat Island, which is part of Oregon Islands National Wildlife Refuge. It is home to seabirds, harbor seals, and California sea lions.
