We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original method of payment.

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@okwhichway.com with your order number. Please do not start the return process until receiving a reply from us.

 

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@okwhichway.com and send your item to:

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Our return policy applies to physical goods only and does not include digital downloads.
